Balotelli out for City

Manchester City have been dealt a major blow with the news that 23-million pound summer signing, Mario Balotelli has been ruled out for six weeks. The striker had knee surgery in Italy today to correct a cartilage injury he picked up on his City debut against FC Timisoara in the Europa League on August 19. He has not played since, and is unlikely to return until late October. |
