Leyton Orient have played at Brisbane Road since taking over the ground from Leyton FC in 1937.

The current stadium has four stands;

East Stand: Capacity 3,592 - the oldest part of the ground. There are plans to replace it with a 4000 all seater stand. The East Stand South is allocated to away fans.

South Stand: Capacity 1,336

West Stand: Capacity 2,872 - recently rebuilt, it also houses the club offices.

North Family Stand: Capacity 1,351
