The Kassam Stadium is the 12, 000 capacity home ground of Oxford United FC.

Previously the club played at the Manor Ground from 1913 to 2001, but when the Taylor Report called for improvements to be made to football stadia, it was decided that upgrading the crumbling old ground would be more costly than building a new, purpose built stadium.

Construction began in early 1997, but was suspended later that year due to financial problems, and only resumed in 1999.

The club moved to their new ground(named after former owner Firoz Kassam) in 2001. Currently, the stadium only has three stands, but when the fourth stand is completed it will take capacity up to about 16, 000.
