Premier League 60-second Wrap

I'll start at Old Trafford, where Man United hardly seemed to miss benched striker Wayne Rooney as they raced into a two-goal lead.

However, West Brom under Roberto Di Matteo are a resilient outfit and got themselves back in it courtesy of some dreadful goalkeeping from van der Sar and an own goal from Patrice Evra.

2-2 it finished as United continue to throw away early season points.

The draw meant Chelsea could increase their lead at the top to seven points, but Villa Park has never been the Blues most productive ground and they were held 0-0 by Villa.

Arsenal ended their losing streak with a controversial 2-1 win over Birmingham City.

Nicola Zigic game Birmingham the lead, but Nasri equalized from the spot after Maroune Chamakh had earned a penalty with one of the season's most obvious dives.

The Moroccan striker then scored a legitimate goal to win it, but late on midfielder Jack Wilshere was sent off for exactly the sort of over-the-top challenge Arsene Wenger habitually complains about.

The Arsenal manager of course defended his player to the hilt afterwards.

There was controversy as well at Craven Cottage as Tom Huddlestone's long-range strike deflected off on off-side William Gallas for Tottenham's winner. The 2-1 defeat was Fulham's first loss of the season.

At St James' Park Fabricio Coloccini rescued a point for Newcastle with a late, late equaliser as the Magpies came back from 2-0 down against Wigan.

Substitute Ivan Klasnic was hero and villain for Bolton, scoring a late winner against Stoke at the Reebok before seeing red for two yellow cards.

Finally, to the basement battle where Wolves and West Ham shared the points in a 1-1 draw to remain firmly rooted in the relegation zone.

In Sunday's matches Everton take on Liverpool in the Merseyside derby, while Man City travel to Blackpool.
