Rooney to appeal UEFA ban

Wayne Rooney is planning to appear in person at a UEFA hearing after the FA decided to appeal against the three-match ban that would rule him out of the group stage at next summer's European Championship. The FA have enlisted the services of a team of lawyers after receiving the five-page legal document that explained the punishment. |
